Better photographer with Hasselblad ?

I have been working with Nikon 35mm till now.
When I get my pictures back, I throw the most away, because I think they are not good enough.
I am considering to step over to Hasselblad.
Is it true that working with Hasselblad, makes you a better photographer ?

MF in general makes you change the way you operate.
You will take more time to compose and frame the images you record.

Some say this makes you a better photographer.
I would rather say MF and Hasselblad make you aware there are only 12 or 16 frames on each roll of 120 film.

Unlike3 some shooters using digital capture who are known to delete enourmous amounts of images you will learn to keep the percentage of keepers well over 50%.
If you consider this as an improvement of your skills you will become a better photographer.

Cameras don't make good or bad pictures. Your eye/brain/heart does that. Do not expect magic to happen by acquiring a HB.

I think having to learn to meter correctly for yourself by hand is a major benefit of owning the older Hasselblads and can lead to better pictures with any camera, hence better photography. I also agree that having to develop film vs. the nearly unlimited digital capacity of modern automated cameras causes a slower, more cautious pondering of outcomes before one makes the final decision to shoot. So yes, I think the Hasselblad can make you a better photographer, as could any manual, film camera, though the Hasselblad lets you take your ideas farther due to system options. Buy a Hasselblad!
