Sekonic L558

I wonder if anyone on here could please tell me what, if any, differences there are between the Skonic L-558 and L-558R? Many thanks.

Hard to find information, but I use the demonic (it keeps autocorrecting s-e-k-o-n-i-c) meters and most have places to put wireless flash modules, but the L-558R says it comes with built in wireless flash - so I wonder if the 'R' is for remote?

Unknown. My favorite has been the L-858.
