Looking for manual on old TeleTessar 500mm

I am looking for a manual on the 500mm Tele-tessar. This is the old lens. Any references appreciated. David
 
David,
the lens works like any other C-lens. It is just a little heavier. And has a funny detachable focusing wheel. Are you interested in anything specific?

On the large focusing ring are three colored, slideable buttons: red green, yellow. What do these do? They move around the ring. Looking through the lens when I move these, I see no change in image.

David,
these buttons are markers to remember certain distance settings. Have never used them myself. As they are part of the focus wheel they come off when you dismount the wheel. They have no effect on the lens settings.
